Friends, I am very picky about tee shirts. The perfect fit, perfect length, soft fabric... all non-negotiable! I am so thrilled with the tee pattern from Craftsy's sewing with knits course--this is my second time making it (and Yes, I emailed the designer and begged for a stand-alone pattern, no luck yet :(. )
The fabric is delicious cotton knit from Art Gallery fabrics--YES it's in the Chez Napier shop.
My only mod to this pattern is to add length through the torso, as usual, and this time I added hem width as well. I think a wide hem has such a nice flat lie, and gives a garment that expensive look. I did abandon my double needle this time in favor of a three-stitch zig-zag on the hems and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
Friends, please share, what is your favorite tee pattern?!
